FAQ:
1.Where are MS on boots?
1a. We use whirling blades to get everywhere, we dont really need MS on our boots. THe high duration of Rotgut and whirling blades is more than sufficient, it is more important to look for other stats like evasion.

2. Is this better than 'X' build?
2a. I have no idea

3. Why do we start as tri elemental version of VG
3a. Mana stacking is expensive, so its easy to start as tri-elemental while mixing in some free %Spell damage

4. Are the uniques mandatory?
4a. For League start section: No. For medium budget and to begin mana stacking?: Yes.

5. How do I find a good timeless jewel, what do stats to do a look for?
5a. Use POB 'Find Timeless Jewel' feature on the bottom right 
	Key in the following: 
	Jewel: Brutal Restraint
	Jewel Socket: Wind Dancer
	Search Node: Add % Dex, Add Life, Add Speed

6. I am squishy, why?
6a. Make sure you're life and mana are close to as the values in the POB as possible. Cap your chaos res. Also dont facetank stuff, this isnt a build for that.

8a. When you can get a crit chance claw with attack speed. Use precise technique before hand.
