Notes

Notes for DPS for Bows:
White Maps
End of campaign you want to aim to have a bow with 250 - 350 Ele DPS and will be fine for T1-T5 maps and if you get a 5 link this bow should be good for early to mid yellow maps

Yellow Maps
At this stage you should be upgrading your bow. Even just a screaming essence and crafted prefix for damage will give you better DPS than this. Ideally you want a bow with 500 ele DPS & 1.4+ attacks per second

Red Maps
550+ Ele DPS as minimum. If transitioning to crit you also want the bow to have 7.5%+ crit chance minimum, which will mean using either as Spine Bow or Ivory Bow since these bases have the best crit chance/attack speed combo

Final Set up
Add Medium Clusters in as you gain levels. These will be the additions you make to the tree as you level past 87. However until you can slot at least 1 medium cluster you may as well put these points elsewhere such as bow damage and accuracy as needed and respec when you have the points to put in 1 cluster jewel and then do the same
when you build up to your second cluster jewel

Levelling:
Act 1: 

Links before level 12 are:
 Galvanic Arrow - Faster Attacks - Mirage Archer
Shrapnel Ballista - Pierce - Faster Attacks
Dash/Blink Arrow
Precision (If you need accuracy)
Snipers Mark

At level 12 you can swap galvanic arrow for rain of arrows, however feel free to stick with Galvanic as the single target DPS is marginally better

Act 2:
Rain of Arrows - Ele Damage with Attacks - Mirage Archer (If you do not have elemental damage on your bow DO NOT use ele damage with attacks. Use Added Fire or Faster Attacks/vicious proj)
Add in Herald of Ice as a reward from chamber of sins or herald of Ash/Thunder. Whatever sockets you have spare
If you want add blood rage in too but I do not think it is up long enough and it annoys me having to constantly use my life flask
Take Ele Damage with Attacks after killing Weaver and swap with pierce in your ballista setup (We are preparing for artillery Ballista in Act 3). Again if you have no elemental damage do not use ele damage with attacks

Act 3:
Add Anger in for Herald of Ice
Kill Gravicious and then buy artillerty ballista and replace shrapnel ballista

Start looking for 4 links
Rain of arrows - Elemental Damage with Attacks - Trinity - Mirage Archer
Artillery Ballista - Faster Attacks - Ele Damage with Attacks - Inspiration (Library or Act 6) It is fine to wait as you do not need a 4 link ballista

When you complete 1st Lab and get access to adrenaline run a 2 link of:
Corrupting Fever + lifetap
In act 6 add second wind to these links. At this point you may need to buy a level 1 gem from act 6 as this may put your life cost way too high

When you get to act 6 and can access all your gems you eventually want your link to be:
Vaal Rain of Arrows - Elemental Damage with Attacks/Inspiration - Mirage Archer - Trinity
Artillery Ballista - Inspiration - Ele dmg with Attacks - Added Cold (Buy in Act 6 and start levelling straight away)
Snipers Mark - Mark on Hit - Lifetap
Flame Dash
Blood Rage (Start using)
Anger - Determination - Precision (Add Determination/Grace in once you pick up the mana reservation nodes)
Corrupting Fever - Lifetap - Second Wind

These are your links pretty much through to your crit swap at level 85
