Notes
Start
- Mule Cobra Lash from Shadow (MUG edit: you dont need to mule, scion starts with this lol)
- Level as Cobra Lash until lvl12 and swap to Poisonous Concoction
- Use Poisonous Concoction all the way up to lvl 31 to swap to Power Siphon
Before PS swap:
- Get a 4l body armour (B-B-B-G or B-B-G-G)
- Get a Lapis amulet if you dont have enough int
- Complete Library quest to purchase Charged Mines and Grace.
- Get a wand with flat cold/lightning damage.
- Craft flat lightning damage on rings
Scavenger Ascendency choice:
Cloak of Flame -> Void Battery -> Fury Valve
Mug Edit: i'd recommend fox shades ascenndacy instead of cloak. Movespeed is super nice!
