reservations:
skitter + herald of thunder (arctic armor also good for defensive option)

after picking up sovereigny and eldritch battery,
skitter + herald of thunder + purity of element (if your res is good you can run haste/anger too)

after picking up influence,
skitter + grace + purity of element (haste/anger if you feel safe)


when you hit 70, check market for low tomes, if they are available, you can respec and start running
if you aren't confident, do maps until 80 and start running after with a stronger character
version with ghastly theatre in pob is most noob friendly imo


make sure you are wearing 2 different weapon types for the 60% mastery
can use arma brand like previous run too if you have the currency and sockets for it
frostblink + elemental proliferation op
if respeccing at 80, opportunistic - ambush and assassinate - unstable infusion - deadly infusion
if low level tomes are too expensive for you, buy inc % dmg taken relic and run tomes btwn 76 -80
