Spectre is Unholy Abberant from the Carcass Map Boss Arena
NEVER USE BLADE VORTEX IN HIDEOUT or the spectre is destroyed and you have to run a new carcass map.
Certain MTX (Goblin Shaman is the cheapest) prevent you from using Skills in hideout.
This is not the "best" version of the build, just an example of how it could look on a very low budget or in early SSF.
I avoided using any unique jewels at all in this pob to make it more SSF-attainable.

Use magic ring in left slot for crit immunity.
