Notes

NOTES FOR BUILD

LEVELING
-You can level as either Armaggeddon Brand till merc lab and farm Ice Nova of Frostbolts there OR you can level as Archmage with Firestorm, Storm Burst, or Ball Lightning
-Technically can farm Normal Lab as well but not recommended
-Charges first from normal lab if you are brand leveling, otherwise go Divine Guidance for archmage memes
-Technically can leap slam and craft on axes/sword super early but that's not required
-Call to Arms + Enduring Cry should be good throughout the game, as soon as you can use it
-Manually casting Arcane Cloak is most likely going to be the best, but you can technically automate it if you're REALLY lazy

TREE NOTES
-Early trees go for shadow suppression + suppression is lucky - until able to get capped from gear
-Dexterity nodes if you can't get any on gear early
-Instant Leech FEELS REALLY good with ES leech especially, hard to not go for the leech mastery even though it's a lot of points.

EVASION VS ARMOR
-largely preference, evasion will feel better for mapping
-Evasion/ES gear rolls mana naturally, and is easier to color
-Phys overwhelm is a lot easier on Evasion gear

ENERGISED ARMOR IS HUGE IF YOU GO ARMOR VERSION
-Make sure you pick up every crimson jewel and vaal it, this is really big for the templar armor

GLORIOUS VANITY
-This splits the damage your taking, so you leech off both sources at the same time, and it also hits your mana earlier, this makes it better vs multiple hits
-Not required but nice for extra tankiness

ARCANIST BRAND
-Arcanist Brand + Return Projectiles is WAY more single target for Ice Nova, because the return projectiles has a max range when linked to arcanist brand so they return faster
-Once you get 100% AOE from Sanctuary of Thought you can use it for mapping + clear as well, maybe preference though

UNIQUE ITEM OPTIONS
-Early Options, you can use Dream Fragments, Praxis, Mindspiral, Atziri's Foible (probably even end-game)
-Pledge of Hands could be used very good for damage, but you lose shield charge
-Kitava's Thirst could be used for automating some skills
-Ravenous Passion for perma berserk + a lot of cast speed and damage
-Taste of Hate for some more phys mitigation if you really feel like you need it
-Cloak of Defiance is okay, but not crazy
-Anathema can be an option if you want to scale damage more through curses
**INDIGON IS NOT REALLY THAT GOOD ANYMORE BECAUSE ARCHMAGE SCALES OFF UNRESERVED INSTEAD OF MANA COST**
**IVORY TOWER COULD BE SUPER MINMAX BUT THIS IS A LEAGUE START GUIDE!**

PANTHEONS + AILMENT IMMUNITY
-Most likely going to use Brine King + Garukhan for freeze + reduced shock for most of the time
-You could go for Stormshroud + Avoid shock on belt/boots OR Ancestral Vision + ailment boot implicit

FLASKS
-Currently have Eternal Mana as a flask, but it might not be worth using, depends on how mana feels after patch

STUN IMMUNITY + OPTIONS
-Stun can be a problem, Brine King early helps, new ES mastery could be nice, immutable force is also a solution - or just pathing to Unwavering Stance

TRANSFIGURED GEM FARMING
-Recommended to farm it in Merc Lab before going into Maps
-Technically can farm it in Normal Lab but I would recommend not doing that

GEAR CRAFTING
-Most of the gear currently in the POB will just be Armor/Evasion gear that is essence crafted for Mana

EO SCEPTRE
-just saves 2 points, good min-max option though

END-GAME SET-UPS
-Super min-max Ivory Tower probably best set-up, not league start viable though
-Pledge is pretty good alternative early on for more DPS
-Can go CRIT as well at some point if you want more damage
