3.23 Changes - Act 1 section revamped to provide a more in-depth and easier time through Act 1.

Act 1

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> YOU WILL NEED TO AQUIRE POISONOUS CONCOCTION SOMEHOW - This can either be done by leveling a Ranger, Shadow, Duelist, or Scion to the end of act 1 and taking it as a quest reward OR have a friend buy it for you <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

^^^^^^^^ DO THAT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^ DO THAT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ^^^^^^^^
^^^^^^^^ DO THAT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ^^^^^^^^

^xFFFF77Context on WHY YOU NEED^7 ^x70FF70Pconc^7:

Early game leveling on this build sucks. I won't lie and ill put it out there. This build is an amazing early season mapper but there are no good chaos dot nodes near witch and we have to path to the ^x70FF70Ranger^7-^x7070FFShadow^7 portion of the tree.
Because of this, all of^xFFFF77 Act 1^7 is going to be pathing nodes to get there. This is fine as ^xFFFF77Act 1^7 Leveling isint too difficult. After ^xFFFF77Act 1^7 it gets painful if we do not use a good chaos dot skill.
I have tried ^x7070FFED^7/^x7070FFC^7 and it feels bad, even when picking up spell damage nodes. I have tried ^x70FF70CA^7 but ^x70FF70CA^7 feels awful until you get a good dot bow.
I don't want you to have to respec too many points and have it be expensive early on so the only option is to mule PConc.

BUT ALLIE, PConc got nerfed hard in 3.21 its bad now. Yes, bad in maps where you want to use utility flasks and cannot sustain PConc on 1 life flask. For leveling we can use Quicksilver, and 4 Life Flasks and get through to Maps with no problem then insta swap to CA.

Believe me, there is no other choice. Bane might be ok but getting to Act 3 will be hell, Blight sucks even with the buffs, ED/C sucks, the only chaos dot option is PConc. So please either mule a PConc or get a friend to help. I promise this build is worth it.

^xFFFF77Act 1^7

Look for ^x70FF70MS^7 boots in town & use 2 ^xFFFF77wands. 3.21 Changed wand base types, Goat's Horn are now the best due to the added fire implicit.
Look for BBR & BBB on anything in town before going to Coast. If no BBR or BBB then BB 2 link minimum.
Look for GGG anything if you have a friend that can give you PConc at level 12 and save it for then.

Take Rolling Magma from Tarkleigh after killing Hillock, link it to Arcane Surge. Leave Arcane Surge at Level 1.

>>>>Please make sure you have 2 mana flasks before Brutis and or you might have a bad time with mana<<<<

>>Note on Rolling Magma usage<<
Dont hover on the enemies when casting, instead cast it with your cursor right infront of the monster.
This will make the bounces super tiny allowing for 2 hits per mob depending on their hitbox.
This is effectively a 2x dmg increase. Its not always easy to do but should be easy on Brutis due to his large hitbox.

Level 4
After Mud Flats is over and you are in The Submerged Passage, waypoint back to The Coast waypoint and go get the medicine chest from Tidal Island.

Take Flame Wall from the Egg quest reward and buy Holy Flame Totem from Nessa.
Take Frostblink. Keep Arcane Surge at Level 1 and link it to Frostblink and Flame Wall.
Take Elemental Proliferation and link it to Rolling Magma and Holy Flame Totem. Prioritize Rolling Magma first.

Use Flame Wall then cast Rolling Magma towards enemies, make sure it goes through the Flame Wall to gain its bonus damage.
Use Holy Flame Totem on any Rare mobs and on Bosses, no need to cast it on anything else.

~Level 8-9

Killing Brutus: Put Holy Flame Totem down and make sure there is a Flame Wall for the projectiles to go through before they hit Brutus.
Put your cursor close to your character and spam Rolling Magma through the Flame Wall. Dont namelock onto Brutus, you want to make the projectile do small bounces.

In town: Take Flame Dash and swap Frostblink with it if you prefer it but, Frostblink will be faster.

Level 12
Swap to Poison Concoction once you hit level 12.
Buy Volley & Withering Step from Nessa.
Your links are now Poison Concoction - Chance to Poison - Volley

Drop Flame Wall, Rolling Magma, Elemental Prolif, Holy Flame Totem. You just need Flame Dash, Withering Step and Pconc.

Use Withering Step to apply Withered to bosses making them substantually faster.

From now on you will need to upgrade your Life Flask every time you can. Pconc scales like crazy off of it and it is your main damage scaler for Acts 1-10.
TLDR: Bigger number on the flask the better. You will have to use your alts and try to craft flasks every few levels. You don't care about the mods that roll on the flask.
Look at the number the flask would say it heals you, the time doesn't matter. As long as the number is big you are good to go.

3.21 Changes - You will need to always keep 2-3 life flasks equipped at all times to counter the 3.21 nerfs. As long as you do this Pcoc is as good as it was in 3.20.

Act 2

BANDITS: Kill all

Level 16

If you can: Get a friend to give you Herald of Agony so you dont have to wait until act 3.
Once you have the Fatal Toxins node on the passive tree you can drop Chance to Poison and use Void Manipulation.
Buy Void Manipulation in Act 1.

Quick Note on the trees: We are picking up the 15% Chance to Poison before Adder's Touch until we can get to Swift Venoms to have 100% Chance to Poison. Respec out of those 2 points when you get close to Swift Venoms.

Go pew pew Act 2.

Act 3

Start looking for:
GGGB for Poison Concoction - Volley - Void Manipulation - Unbound Ailments

Level 24
Take Malevolence from the quest reward. Buy Temporal Chains from the vendor.

Go to the Library and do the quest for Siosa

From Siosa buy: Buy Grace & Determination & Herald of Agony. Start leveling them and use Grace over Malevolence if you want to be tankier. Keep Determination for later.
Once you have Charisma & 8% Increased Mana Reservation Efficiency by Influence & Eldritch Battery from the passive tree you can use Grace, Malevolence, and Herald of Agony.
You can also opt to use Purity of Elements instead to have 0 problems with being tanky. Pick whichever 2 50% auras you like the most.

Buy Plague Bearer and use it to clear faster. Buy Steelskin and put it on left click.
Buy Shield Charge, Faster Attacks & Momentum. This will be the fastest way to get to Act 10.
Yes, Momentum works with Shield Charge.

Act 4

Do lab now if you haven't, it should be ez mode.

Take Void Beacon and eventually Withering Presence.

Act 5-10

Keep following the skill trees for each act.
