Edits As im reviewing the build: From /u/meMidgety
- Increase your accuracy as it was 74%
- Drop Leap slam because bows cannot leap slam and replace with Blink Arrow
- Drop ignite prolif/deadly ailments on frost blink.. because i believe yours does not ignite.
- Made a better weapon that is pretty obtainable in trade league.
- Maybe remove Fire trap and change to have a new Vaal Skill for single target. Or Barrage single target.
- Dont use Eye of Malice as it is for builds that can get enemy resists into the negatives first.
- A skin of the Lords with Elemental Overload is very expensive, and really not needed since we want to remove fire trap. 
- Removing Purity of Elements (You can easily have 70% ailment avoidance and get resists from gear)
- Modified the skitterbots links with unbound ailments for more effect of shock.
