Nebulis with phys explode is bis, but costs 500 div. It is worth livesearching to see if you can snipe one.
Watcher's eye may be hard to get. Get hatred + conversion one as priority, if you can't get block, then use two copies of the Prodigious Defence + Mage Hunter + Thaumophage.
Altetnatively, remove one medium cluster and path to the jewel socket by Faith and Steel, pickup 1 max endurance charge, and use a Replica Reckless Defence.
BIS boots have non-damaging ailment instead of t1 res as third suffix, but that adds 100 div to the cost.
How to Make this Build Cheaper: (will update with a cheaper pob later)
1. Replace Explode Nebulis with whatever you can afford, make sure the elemental damage is 10% per resistance.
2. Use non-elevated tailwind boots (onslaught should still be elevated), and settle on third suffix, as the build has res to spare. Mana is not necessary on the boots.
3. Use level 3 companionship. This will cost ~10% damage.
4. Settle on quality on gloves/helmet/chest.
5. Settle for non-elevated explode, or settle on the tiers of energy shield prefixes on chest.
6. Use regular Aegis Aurora over Foulborn.
How to Craft Cryonic Ring:
1. Use scorn essence and annul down to just crit multi as only suffix + open prefix on Cryonic Ring. Recombine with a bone ring with t1 cold res + 2 minion suffixes. This is 45%.
2. Recombine this ring with bone ring with t1 all ele res + 2 minion suffixes. This is 28%.
3. Once you have all 3 suffixes, you can optionally try to hit t1 rarity by wild bristle matron + reforge drop. Then slam a Crusader Exalted orb. If you hit t1% ES, congrats.
4. If not, wild bristle matron + reforge influence till you hit t1% ES. If you fill prefixes, you have to risk a 50/50 annul. If you fail go back to step 1.
