NOTES ABOUT THE BUILD
	16.1m full DPS assuming 6 secondary projectiles, flasks, Berserk steroid, Adrenaline on kill
		17.7m full DPS including Vaal Haste steroid
		@Ruetoo on stream says "...A lot of TS PoBs, they're all bunk right? They don't really adjust for the number of projectiles. Like right now you can see that my projectile count on this TS PoB is 13 right?
			A lot of people will go down and they will mark 13x Tornado Shot because they're dumb fucks and they don't know fucking like [sic] how Tornado Shot works right? So you have to be really really careful on how to read Tornado Shot PoBs"
		Note from me - Ruetoo's Doomflech TS build with Sniper's Mark, 13 primary proj assumes 7 secondary proj while his Voltaxic Rift TS Mageblood build with Warlord's Mark, 10 primary proj assumes 6 secondary proj
			I have no idea how to actually estimate how many secondary projectiles, I don't think Ruetoo ever mentioned it. I'm erring on the side of caution by assuming 6. If my personal experience means anything, the build plays very smoothly in-game

	Berserk tech - Secrets of Suffering + Warlord's Mark

CHANGES TO THE BUILD
	New Berserk technology (Warlord's Mark)
		Requires Berserk, Warlord's Mark + CoC in a Manaforged Arrows setup w/ lifetap (requires 5/6L), source of 'cannot inflict freeze', Mark Mastery 'Your mark transfers to another enemy when marked enemy dies'
			Cast TS -> Manaforged + Frenzy setup applies Warlord's Mark through CoC -> cast TS again on marked enemy -> stun enemy and generate 20 rage -> kill enemy -> Warlord's mark proliferates -> generate more rage
				Rage generation and Berserk uptime are very good. If you've followed up to Ruetoo's mid-tier build for Doomfletch TS and are on the fence about the swap to Berserk tech, I would urge you to do so immediately. 
			Lifetap is important because it bypasses the normal Manaforged Arrow's trigger rate, allowing us to proc socketed skills ~3x faster
			The Interrogation and Galesight are two possible sources of 'cannot inflict freeze'. We can't use helmets so Galesight is not applicable
			We lose Snipers mark/single target DPS to fit this tech in but I personally have a need for speed

	-3x Grand Spectrum, + The Interrogation, + Inspired Learning, + Rare Jewel
		The Interrogation removes our ability to freeze but gives us the ability to reliably generate rage through Warlord's mark + stunning enemies on hit
			This tech has been implemented by Ruetoo in his 3.23 Voltaxic Rift TS Deadeye build as well as builds by other popular streamers this league
			The Berserk tech technically still works without a source of 'cannot freeze', rage generation however felt inconsistent to me
		The Interrogation removes our ability to Ignite, Chill, Freeze, or Shock but gives us the ability to Scorch, Brittle, Sap
			Scorch, brittle, and sap on crit benefits our build both offensively and defensively, but losing the ability to freeze is a significant defensive tradeoff
		We invest points in an Inspired Learning setup for more power and even more zoom and fill the last jewel slot with a rare jewel to fix stats
			That Which was Taken in place of a rare jewel later. See further down for more info

	Power Charge on Crit Charm
		We regain the ability to generate power charges after dropping the Power Charge on Crit gem to fit in the Berserk tech
			Another tech shamelessly stolen from Ruetoo's Voltaxic Rift TS build. It was much cheaper for me to get suppress on charm + double res, chaos res boots than an all ele res charm + suppres, res, chaos res boots (all res charm is still better)

THOUGHTS ON THE BUILD
	- The build's defenses didn't feel good enough to me until I fit in the Warlord's Mark + Berserk setup. The best defense just so happens to be a good offense
	- A corruption on your Doomfletch bow makes the build feel a lot better. Finishing one yourself can be a moneysink if you get unlucky with tainted fusings; it costs ~8 tainted chromatics to colour the bow
	- Conditional damage is bad for bossing. Either reroll a new build to do Maven Witnessing bossing or upgrade to Ruetoo's Voltaxic Rift TS
	- The prefix 'adds x to x physical damage to attacks' adds a lot much damage to the build. Get as many sources of it as you can
	- I'm not sure if I apply max scorch, brittle, and sap while mapping but I assumed I did in the PoB config. If that's not the case, expect the damage and defenses to drop slightly

MAPPING STRATEGY
	Mapping Regex - "!tal d|f ph"
		Cannot run 'Monsters reflect #% of Elemental Damage' or 'Monsters reflect #% of Physical Damage'
			There's a charm suffix that would technically allow us to swap it in to run physical reflect maps but I can't realistically fit it in my build
		'Monsters cannot be stunned' completely turns off our rage, Berserk tech, and life on hit from Ryslatha's Coil. Avoid if possible if adding significant investment/juice to maps
			Regex included 'monsters cannot be stunned' for juicing - "!tal d|f ph|tun"

	Map choice(s) - Jungle Valley ping ponging Mesa (to sell) or Arid Lake (to sustain)
		Jungle Valley and Arid Mesa don't immediately spawn bosses, better Exarch altars compared to Dunes

	Atlas Strategy - Palsteron's/Maxroll's Legion/Expedition + Exarch tree - https://maxroll.gg/poe/poe-atlas-tree/3p2v603d
		I've added shrine nodes to aid with wisped map clear

	Filter - Custom Filterblade filter on 'Very Strict'
		Hide low tier splinters, most incubators, and small stacks of bubblegum currency 
	
	Juice - I decide if I want to interact with the league mechanic based on the map mods. If the map looks rippy (reduced aura effect, no regen, etc), I won't 
		Map - Chisel, Alch + Scour until 80% quant, Vaal, and check with regex
		Compasses - Additional Legion, Gloom shrine
		Scarabs - Rusted Legion, Polished Expedition
		Map Device - Legion 

HOW TO MAP
	1) (optional) Enter Affliction mechanic and collect as many blue (currency) > purple (IIQ)/yellow (IIR) wisps as possible
	2) Skip all other league mechanics and full clear the map, excluding the boss. Click Exarch altar rewards while doing so
	3) Clear the remaning league mechaincs  
	
	Note that the league mechanic makes the map extremely rippy; the build has no problem whatsoever handling non-wisped Legion/Expedition
		The DPS loss of Sniper's Mark is evident when fighting giga wisped rare monsters. Either run away and ignore them or man up and use 6 portals
		If you're running wisped Legions, avoid freeing legion generals. They're too hard to kill wisped and give bad loot
		If you're running wisped Expeditions, there are a lot of non-yellow mods that you'll need to avoid. Too many negative mods may brick the expedition entirely
			It may be worth dropping Expedition altogether if you're wisping maps in favour for another mechanic

POTENTIAL UPGRADES, SIDEGRADES
	Level 20/20 and/or 21/20 gems where applicable, Awakened gems

	6L Ashrend with 'increased damage' corrupted implicit
		Ruetoo recommends finding Buckskin Tunic bases, vaaling them for the implicit, and mythic orbing them for a 1/4 chance at an Ashrend

		The possibilities are endless; I've added a search that searches for at least 3 relevant mods
			Note that we already get Endurance charges from Warlord's mark. '#% chance to gain an endurance charge when you stun an enemy' is redundant
			Note that Warlord's/Sniper's mark are different from hexes. 'Your hexes can affect hexproof enemies' does nothing for us
