Build Overview:
The Kinetic Blast Cast on Critical Blazing Salvo Trickster build is all about combining Kinetic Blast's unique wand mechanic with the powerful Blazing Salvo skill. 
The combination of these skills creates an insane amount of projectiles on the screen,
 allowing for an incredible clear speed. The Trickster class was chosen to take advantage of Heartstopper Ascendancy, Polymath, and Soul Drinker. 
The Heartstopper Ascendancy provides more evasion and maximum energy shield while Polymath grants increased attack and cast speed.
 Lastly, Soul Drinker allows for sacrificing mana efficiency for more damage, which is essential for this build.
