Notes

I paid 50c for my wand, annuled a shitty suffix, crafted on damage. cost is around 2.5 ex with the craft
I paid 50C for the shield. 
I paid 39c for the galesight (i easily brittle all bosses for max brittle, will show in videos).
Skin of the loyal with corruption was 1ex.
Gauntlets were 30c.
Boots I crafted off the base which I bought for 3c. Total cost is maybe 15c.
Ashes I found on a boss (then annointed), but previously bought one for 60C then annointed. cost is around 1.2 ex
Ring was a Rog craft I believe. similar rings are 50C
Astral projector was like 8c.
Darkness Enthroned + gems was like 40C.
Flasks were around 20C.
Three large clusters were each around 60C each but are now around 1 ex. The forbidden flame/flesh were around 1 ex total. The watcher's eye is the only costly thing at 3ex. It's optional. 
The only other expensive thing in the build is Rank 4 empower. You can easily do things with Rank 3 Empower. I got a Doryani's and got lucky on mine, so it's cost to me was only like 40c, but normally much higher. 
Most of the other jewels around 10-40C
Divergent PF - 20C
Divergent Shockwave Totem was around 15C but is now a bit more. I actually got sick of corrupting jewels and ended up overpaying for mine. You don't need level 21, you do need divergent.
Anomalous Amark is good and is around 50C
Melding is like 20C


Total cost is around 10-20ex, depending on Empower Rank 4 and Level 21 Shockwave Totem

You can clear all content on 5-8 if I had to guess.
