Notes

Levelling Notes:

Splitting Steel or a skill of your choosing until you reach the +1 strike mastery then switch to infernal Blow: Infernal Blow - Faster Attacks - Added Fire

Act 1 tips:
Iron Rings & Rustic Sash give a big damage boost early on
Use the essence you get from dweller on a two handed sword (Long Sword or Bastard Sword) if you are still running your initial sword
Use decoy totem if you struggle with bosses

When to drop Added Fire Support:
This is a great gem when you are pure physical damage, but once you are running a sword that is mainly elemental damage it is bad so swap for elemental damage with attacks

NOTES for swapping to fortify and rage setup:
When you have more than enough damage and feel bossing is fine you want to drop the nodes around the +1 strike area and the ignite damage nodes and start heading to the bottom left of  the tree to pick up melee splash (Take the +1 strike mastery) 
and then take the rage and fortify nodes. Do the respec when you will have enough nodes after removing to be able to get down to take the +1 strike mastery

HOW TO GEAR UP IN THE CAMPAIGN:
Use the black market. It is a great source of gear upgrades along with a 4 & 5 link in the campaign. I normally try for a 4 link halfway through act 3 and a 5 link at the beginning of act 7
Remember to pick up the elemental damage crafts in act 3 and use these on jewellery it gives a big damage boost
If your damage starts to fall off upgrade your sword. Use any alchemies, essences and bindings you find on bases and use the black market
You want to be using 2 handed swords all the way through but in Act 1 you can use any good 2 handed weapon that drops as we do not  take sword nodes until much later on

If you find some chaos on you levelling route buy a prismweave rustic sash it gives a big damage boost

REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE YOU ACCURACY IS ALWAYS HIGHER THAN LIFE WHEN PRECISE TECHNIQUE KEYSTONE IS TAKEN

In act 9/10 when you pick up a reaver sword base buy a few deafening essences of wrath on the exchange and use them on the sword. You are looking for either fire damage cold damage or big attack speed so you can craft elemental damage 
as a prefix

AURAS:
Use precision early if you need to increase accuracy but you will be able to drop it once you take the accuracy and resistance nodes
Herald of Ash in act 2 but drop for....
...Haste in Act 3 
When you can comfortably fit in a 25% aura add in Arctic Armour
This is all you need for campaign and early maps. With fortify and leech you should have plenty of defences until red maps
When you get to level 80+ put precision linked to arrogance to reserve from life and also add flesh and stone. You will need the reservation wheel (Leader of the Pack) before taking this

4th lab will give your war cries infinite power so you can add enduring cry to your setup with urgent orders support for endurance charges. I would also at this point add in cast when damage taken and immortal call

NOTES ON GEM LINKS:
Where there are multiple support gems the gems ticked are the gems I recommend but the ones underneath can be used as alternatives, for example if you cannot proc trinity add one of the alternate gems into your setup

MANA SUSTAIN:
You will need to use a mana flask for sustain in the campaign. We do take leech nodes later on but if it annoys you using a mana flask take the reduced attack cost nodes on the right of the tree as early as possible, use the life mastery for skills to use some
life instead of mana and take the leech nodes earlier.
