Notes

Config modifications:

Deal 15% less damage (simulate Punishment curse in a fight with a target, offsetting the 59% increased damage at LOW life only, throughout the whole fight)
Tatoos are not really mandatory, but dex/int points can easily be replaced with Blind on hit, Chance to suppress, etc
STR points should be replaced with Warcry CDR up to a comfortable CD with Call to Arms trigger
