Disclamer I know Spark has been nerfed at 3.21, wands recipes removed, removed Onslaught Support, lightning damage lucky mastery gone but the skill we be fine for leveling. I made a run Act I with Spark + Pierce with no others skills gems, no supports (arcane surges, ..), no movement skills and with WHITE items. Result of this, I killed Merveil in 42 min (I'm not a speed runner) with 1 death so in regular situation with Arcane surge, Flamme Wall, etc .. it will be totally fine. ACT I Buy 2 wands, Spark and mule a other character to pick Pierce Support or ask a friend ;). Use Flamme Wall with Arcane Surge lvl1 to gain an extra flat damage and cast speed for Spark ACT II Same skills setup, add Herald of Thunder for extra damage. ACT III Same skills setup, add Orb of Storm for later. ACT IV Many changes here, we probably able to find 4L items. Main skill Spark / Faster Proj / Pierce / inspiration (for reduce mana cost) Now as secondary skill we use Orb of Storm to trigger Arcane Surge and Innervate. For Auras, Herald of Thunder / Haste (extra movement speed) For extra single target, Arcanist Brand with Wave of Conviction (Exposure), Conductivity (reduce lightning res) and Flame wall At this point, we close of the final leveling setup For extra quality of life, we can buy the Karui Ward Amulet for (1/2) chaos on the market or if you have some Einhar craft it can drop easy. Add cast speed craft on both wands with benchcraft ACT V No changes ACT VI No changes ACT VII No changes ACT VIII Now we adding some Mana mechanics, Mind Over Matter, I should have enough mana substain at this point. For skills some little changes. Orb of Storm drop Arcane Surge for Culling Strike Drop Herald of Thunder and use Haste with Eternal Blessing Support Add a new cluster with Arcane Cloak / Arcane Surge / Sigil of Power / inc Duration ACT IX No changes ACT X If you found a 5L or more add Spell Echo on the main skill Endgame (White Map) I recommend to stay with Spark and grind the Atlas, you should not have difficulty at all to face this level of content. The passives tree take a ton of elemental resistances so you will not have a hard time to cap your resistance Endgame (Yellow Map) You can do the swapping to Power Siphon but you need some items before MANDATORY Prism Guardian The Ivory Tower Mind Of The Council / Indigon Shaper's Touch It for the Aura setup with this combo you can run 5 auras without touch your mana pool ! Take one of those Helmet better option is Indigon if you can afford it. Upgrade your gear and stay safe Exile :) Vengeant Cascade If it work as intended, it will double the current damage arround 200 M DPS, maybe need some ajustement to get 1 pierce instead of 2 for single target Why Arcane cloak has 68% quality If you remove 1% of quality you see a big DPS drop but this is a bug fix for POB calculation
