------------------ACT1 ranger start-------------------
-Start with a Ranger, to mule Momentum, Pierce, and Sniper's mark to our Templar character.  
-We will need to go thru The Coast and into Tidal Island to kill Hailrake boss, for Pierce as a quest reward.
-Breaking Some Eggs quest in the Mudflats will give Snipers Mark as a quest reward. 
Place these 3 gems in your stash and go back to character select to create a Templar.  You will not have to enter queue again don't worry.

-Favor using sceptre over wand, to enable Leapslam from Act 2 onwards.  We will also need a non-sceptre weapon (axe or sword) to equip after we spec into the Dark Arts atlas passive

Spark - Pierce - Added Lightning (B-B-G)

Frostblink - Arcane Surge (B-B) [leave arcane surge at low level (right click it to disable level ups)] you can drop arcane surge after 1st lab as we get it permanently with the ascendancy passive

Frostbomb (B) [cast into packs as you frostblink thru them]

Sniper's Mark

Holy Flame Totem (R) [regen + extra damage, used for bosses]

Flame wall (Optional) (B) [used for bosses]

Orb of Storms (Optional) (B) [used for bosses]

Clarity (B)

Leap slam - Momentum (R-G) [this is our main movement skill once we get it]

Steelskin [can no longer be used on left click.  don't worry about this if you don't have the skill gems, but we will want it later, paired either with automation support or cwdt]

Favor 'Heavy Belt' for its strength implicit

[Bandits: Help Alira]

Herald of Thunder (B) [use this over arctic armor until you feel like you need more defense, can turn it off for Arctic Armor aura later in the campaign, maybe around Act 6 or just go by feel]
(Herald of Ice is a great alternative if you have an extra green socket but no blue sockets!)

Arctic Armour (G) [defensive option in lieu of Herald of Thunder.  Good later on when we need it.]

Favor Jade Amulet from Quest Reward for the dex implicit

[Notes: In temple of Lunaris, you unlock the prefix craft 'lightning damage to spells', which you can craft onto sceptres for more damage]

Spark - Pierce - Lightning Penetration (library) - Faster Projectiles (library) (B-B-G-G) [keep leveling Added Lightning Dmg in your weapon swap, because it will be useful later on and levels are IMPORTANT on it.]

Orb of Storms - Elemental Proliferation - Ice Bite (library) (B-B-G) [stand inside OOS and cast spark, in order to generate Frenzy charges and freeze enemies][we can drop Frostbomb and Flame Wall]

Leap slam - Faster Attacks (library) (R-G) [Faster attacks is slightly faster than momentum.  If you have space for 3 sockets, feel free to use Momentum as well as Faster Attacks for a really fast moveskill]

Cap your elemental resistances right now.  Teleport to your hideout and manually craft resistances onto all open suffixes via the crafting bench.  If you are dying it is due to your res not being at 75%]

Vitality [in between, Determination, Arctic Armour, and a high level Clarity, you may still have extra mana reservation open in order to fit in a Vitality.]

NOTE: Before doing your 3rd lab, you can temporarily drop Faster Projectiles suppport for Added Lightning Support (this should be preleveled in the offhand tho, because it scales linearly with levels).  It can make the Izaro fight easily.  If you don't have a leveled gem, you can substitute Faster Casting instead

Spark - Pierce - Lightning Penetration - Faster Projectiles - Added Lightning Support (B-B-B-G-G) [we should plan to farm heist instead of rushing into the endgame, so a 5L or even a 6L is attainable]

Arctic Armor - Wrath - Determination - Vitality [after lab 3 you may be able to drop Clarity completely, or at least use a much lower level version of it]
