From now on you will need to upgrade your Life Flask every time you can. PConc scales like crazy off of it and it is your main damage scaler for Acts 1-6.
TLDR: Bigger number on the flask the better. You will have to use your alts and try to craft flasks every few levels. You don't care about the mods that roll on the flask.
Look at the number the flask would say it heals you, the time doesn't matter. As long as the number is big you are good to go.
Act 6-7 can swap to Cursed Ground Imp Doom (cursed ground recasts or overlaps reapplies it and rips curses)
Impending Doom Swap (can do at lvl 41 with Chance to Poison support)
You can swap to Impending Doom the second you get 1 Chance Orb. Impending Doom has to be bought from Siosa in the library in Act 3 and it is not a quest reward.
You can swap as soon as you can buy it and skip PConc completly if you want to. 
In my opinion id play PConc until you can get to Act 6 as Impending Doom wount be as strong without more passive points to pick up all of the poison chance. 
PConc has built in 40% while Impending starts at 0% and we have to raise it to 100%.
Cast 1 Temp Chains, everything in the circle will have Impending Doom applied on it. Then cast Temp Chains to override the previous Temp Chains & trigger the Impending Doom.
Pick up Whispers of Doom to be able to also cast Despair on bosses for more damage. For now it doesn't matter that we have 2 curse limit due to Cursed Ground giving Temp Chains no duration.
Spam Temp Chains to your hearts content on bosses while they stand in the Temp Chains cursed ground.
Icefang Orbit = no Chance to Poison gem

VIXENS MECHANICS

Vixens curses apply before the self cast if too low cast speed. Don't know exact numbers.
The curses apply on the enemies and sequentially fall off the trigger from gloves will apply all the curses first. Punishment > Despair > Enfeeble then your temporal chains cast knocking off punishment.
Then Cascade will happen punishment will trigger again knocking off temporal chains triggering doomblast then despair will trigger then enfeeble then temp chains. The 3 curses remaining on the mob will be despair, enfeeble and temp chains.
On your second cast temp chains will cast while punishment is off, this makes it extremely hard to calculate the uptime on each curse. For the sake of my sanity im going to say all curses have a 75% uptime because of sequential triggering.
Logically speaking punishment should have less uptime but I dont know by how much and I am not spending my life calculating this shit. But temporal chains will cast trigger gloves again and the process repeats but since the curses are already
on the monster during each cast after it will trigger doomblast twice with. With awakened cascade you can trigger all 3 doomblasts with the initial hit but
cooldown on doomblast will prevent you from triggering more than twice anyway making it a 0 dps increase vs normal spell cascade. Having one awakened will not make a difference

Temporal chains is on the primary target 75% of the time therefore 25% less curse effect.  Increasing your curse effect in pob will increase your dmg in POB but will not increase your damage in game past 1.87 curse effect
Despair is on the primary target 75% of the time therefore 25% less curse effect. Increasing your curse effect to any number will affect despair
Punishment has a 58% increased damage taken multiplied by a curse effect of 1.2 = 69.6% increased damage taken under 50% but 15% of that is culling damage therefore punishment should be 69.6 x .35 = 24% increased damage taken (mine has
dif numbers)
THATS WHY I SET SHOCK AT 24%

Spreadsheet is more accurate (probably). PoB is off by 0-1 % for optimal cast speed and 3-4% for max cast speed

MANA COST REDUCTIONS

 - minus 7 mana cost on rings

BELT
 Purchases prefixes you want on market Life % life and either armour or chaos damage. If you want to start from scratch just use pristine fossils til life % life.  Make sure you fill all prefixes before next step.
 Use prefixes cannot change and veiled Chaos , craft str dex and unveil for cooldown reduction then close your eyes and exalt for res.

BOOTS
 Buy they are cheaper but if you want to start from scratch get a suppression base and use resist essence til another high resistance, suffix cannot change veiled chaos craft mana unveil movementspeed craft life

 crafted is better than Apep's
