For the helmet, we had to drop our beloved Memory Vault after its nerf. Now, a rare helmet with lots of ES is better. The armour & ES mastery makes the helmet ES also granted as armour.
This allows us to anoint Soul of Steel, and get "Nearby enemies have -#% chaos resistance" on the helmet.
