Ambu's Charge and later upgrade it Gruthkul's Pelt



Specters:

2x Frost Auto-Scouts (you need a Tunnels or Reposity Contract) and 1x Harpy (Beyond Spectre)

Helmet Links: Raise Spectre, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Pierce and Spell Echo.
Once you have enough currency, get a lvl 21 Raise Spectre gem, a +1 Wand, and an Empower 4 and you can go up to 4 Specters (not needed on this low budget version, but good to keep in mind if you decide to make this your main build)
