For mana cost, it's around 25 mana per second due to final gem's 140% multiplier, so with Clarity low level, mana should be solved.
Gameplay pattern: warcry -> slam -> (reposition quickly for next hit) -> warcry -> slam -> repeat. With our exerted attacks, we can maintain full charges, full exerts, and full rage while mapping and while bossing.
We also maintain Endurance Charges more often than not, thanks to the many endurance charges we get, each with a 25% to give us the maximum number of endurance charges. Meaning we should see mostly full charges, but sometimes
we'll get around a third to half instead, which is still high amounts of damage.
