With Elemental Equilibrium you dont need any other source of applying exposure in your build (just add a flat cold/lightning damage somewhere) Maintain atleast 90% chance to hit with accuracy. If you cant get enough accuracy, use PRECISION AURA Getting accuracy early is a bit difficult so try to get from gear (rare bow/quiver/rings/helmet/gloves) - can also use crafting bench Attack speed is also important (base weapon should have a minimum 1.5 attack speed) Most EA Builds dont take skill effect duration. In my experience, you need atleast 45% increased skill effect duration to have 14 to 22 fuses on the target (unless your attack speed is > 3.5). Mana Regen is better than Lifetap for my version (using clarity and mana regen rate in amulet). Can use enduring mana flask early if its an issue. ATTRIBUTES EARLY: CAN USE NODES IN PASSIVE TREE and DEXTERITY AMULET Should pay extra attention to the levelling guide for this one. 3.25 ----- Got extra reservation nodes Added vitality lost the totem wheel (still have same number of ballistas) Use body armour with high evasion to offset nerf to grace Levelling ------------ Weapon -> dual wield Goats horns in Act 1 Act 1 --------- Purifying Flame -> Arcane surge, Combustion Holy flame totem -> Combustion Flame wall -> Efficacy, Elemental Focus Clarity Flame dash Act 2 --------- Switch from Purifying Flame to Wave of Conviction Weapon look for fire/physical gem levels, fire damage or dot multi Wave of Conviction -> Arcane surge, Combustion Holy flame totem -> faster casting Flame wall -> Efficacy, Elemental Focus Clarity Flame dash Herald of Purity Herald of Ash This is all you need till you switch to EA in Act 4 Act 3 ------- Flammability DONT TAKE ANCESTRAL BOND keystone UNTIL YOU SWITCH TO EA Act 4 ------- Remove Herald of Purity, Remove Herald of Ash Add Grace and Haste (after taking Sovereignty) Keep Clarity (but dont level it beyond your capacity to apply skills) After grabbing Shaper of Flames, you can switch to Explosive Arrow. If you are playing this at league start (unless you chose this for a budget build), you can buy it from : Fixture of Fate Quest in the Library Act 3 to get access to all gems || or wait to get it from Lilly in Act 6 Early on totem survivability is a bit weak, but they will stabilize after 3 levels Also Before switching to EA, grab Primal Manifestation. You can also respec the nodes near the Witch starting point once you switch Can use Precision if you lack Accuracy. Switching to EA ------------------- Remove Wave of conviction, Holy flame totem, flame wall and their supports EA -> ballista totem support, faster attacks, Ignite proliferation/elemental proliferation Early Maps ------------- You can use Essence of Delirium in gloves for a much better 5 link for your EA until you get 6 link (can benchcraft accuracy in it as well) ---------------
