Weapon: Buy any Brain Rattler at first, then upgrade with the higher damage one and when you want even more damage, use Tempering orbs to get 8% increased explicit
physical modifier magnitudes on it. After all of that, six link it. You do not need the heist enchant for the weapon if you find it too expensive!
Helmet: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Mirage/3qr8E7a0H5 (power charge implicit and physical increased 40-43) - Buy the cheapest at first, then better ones as
you improve the build/investment! This helps with reaching crit chance cap.
Amulet: Statstick with dexterity, chaos resistance and craft non-channelling mana cost. If you go with fracture, get life fracture and use Deafening Essences of Sorrow (Dex)
until you hit chaos resistance and an empty prefix for mana cost!
Rings: Amethyst rings for chaos resistance and then stat fillers, elemental resistances, life, additional chaos resistance & dexterity. Must have empty prefixes for mana cost craft!
If you go with essence crafting, fracture life and use Deafening Essence on Envy (chaos res) on one ring and Sorrow on another.

If you go with crafting route, armour base gloves ilvl 84+ with at least 550 accuracy fracture, then you hit ir with Deafening Essence of Anger/Hatred/Wrath
Body Armour: Royal plate ilvl 84+ base with fractured life (at least 160+ life!) and then you use Deafening Essence of Loathing (mana reservation efficiency) until you get 
1 empty suffix (MANDATORY). Then we do Einhar crafting for "level 30 aspect of the cat" by buying Black Morrigan and Farrul, First of the Plains beasts. Put the chest in the altar,
kill the beasts and we have suffixes done (Res efficiency, resistance & lv 30 Cat). Prefixes crafting - Eldritch Ichor, eldritch chaos orb/exalted orb until you get as much armour as possible!
Belt: The Magnate, either normal or Foulborn, any is whatever. Upgrade later with implicit corruption with Determination aura effect

Gear Implicits:
Body armour: Determination effect (phys from hits as elemental damage or 1% max res as well is good) & effect of non-curse auras - cheaper: leave whichever you
hit first, no need for overspending currency
Boots: none until ailment immunity boots!
Gloves: 0.2% of Lightning Damage Leeched As Life - Mandatory when you get decent/good gloves, dont waste currency otherwise! Freezes you inflict spread to other targets Mandatory 
for freeze spread & shatter (from herald of ice)

Level 1 - The Blood Thorn / Level 7 - The Goddess Bound (If you want to play any other skill!)
Level 10 - Gorebreaker (1h mace) - I skipped this until next one
Level 17 - Hrimnor's Hymn (I started Holy Sweep here)
Level 27 - Geofri's Baptism (It disables crit keep in mind!)
Level 40 - Chober Chaber until Brain Rattler
Level 63 - Brain Rattler (our weapon) - 2c (buy any at first, buy better dps one when you want to 6 link it)
