62mil dps~ clears sceens, herald of ice pops - 69mil~ if you count totem damage. This is assuming 30%~ shock, you will shock between 30-50 generally. It all happens automatically(trinity proccing, chill, freeze, shock, ignite, bleed, blind, fortify, elusive, etc.) 
7 frenzy charges (blood rage 1 time click to sustain)
4 power charges (mark on hit, assassin's mark, etc)
overcapped on ele resist
overcapped on chaos resist
100% spell suppression
hit capped

culling strike
evasion based and uses blind/elusive
double movement skills - frostblink and whirling blades - zoom zoom

use a lot of cold dmg tattoos on extra dex we don't need. (11x) cheap and easy damage, you can do whatever you want though.
use 2x +4attritube tattoo to help cap stat requirements

I've built this char up personally since league start, it has done every content I've run. The feared, twisted, formed, elderslayers, etc. One shots map packs and map bosses. Slaps normal pinnacle bosses. 
No idea on uber bosses. I don't ever do ubers, maybe it can. I have no idea since I don't play that part of the game. Like not tanky enough to fit that niche, not sure.

The only thing slighty weird about this build in my opinion, is the blood rage degen is not countered other than by leech, which does it perfectly fine, the leech is super high/instant full heals, but when you're not attacking you will degen. 
It won't ever kill you, but it might take getting use to if you're not use to blood rage. This is why I keep a health pot as well as for extra bleed/corrupted blood immunity. My setup requires level 97, since I don't play to 100.
If you want to play to 100, there are plenty of places to upgrade if you want to go that route. IE a 12passive cluster setup. Most upgrades at this point will be really expensive though.
