Best boots implicit is 10% increased cooldown recovery and drop brittle on ground

Best body armour is +1 spectre with high armour base and other good stats + eldritch implicits (hatred effect with either +2 maximum ress or increased non-curse aura effect)


Instead of hubris jewel + impossible escape,  forbidden flesh/flame with elemancer, liege of the primordial, void beacon, bone barrier <-> plague bringer are great options

You want to have around 10s duration on Molten shell and around 3s cd on it. 
When Molten shell is on CD your EHP is only around 80k. (20% increased dmg taken)
