Can add Frost Bomb to Glove Link and either drop Blood Rage or drop Phase Run/Frost Blink to still fit it

+2 Chest and lvl 6 Awk Generosity with the 6% Life and 5% Fire DoT Multi nodes put you at exactly 100% aura effect, that's why those two nodes are Taken
A cheaper option is to use +1 Chest with Influence annoint, or just 50% reduced crit chest with Influence and fit in more RMR nodes/cluster

Ring suffixes are preference, you need Int+Chaos Res last two are up to you

You probably will not have a watchers like mine, so get avoid shock on helm+boots. Drop RMR on helm for RMR in Sovereighty wheel and drop Dex on boots for Dex on ring. 

Balancing Str/Int for Rationale does not actually matter I don't think I just did it because why not lol. You want to tattoo anyway. Str being highest is most important, Int is w/e

My specific Militant doesn't matter, almost any works as long as it doesn't transform any of the notables we take.

Fire DOT Medium Cluster second notable (besides Fan) is also preference, lots of good options. I opted for QoL

Use ToH if too poor for Prog, its arguably better for somethings as it makes your phys max hit insane. Phys -> Cold can be dangerous for bloodnotch builds though


IMPORTANT

Attributes dont need to be exactly what is shown here, you can have diff rolls on cluster/ring/MB as long as Strength is highest that is what is important.

PoB says you need 163 of every Attribute which is untrue, you need 159. I manually increased every socketed aura's level by 1 to account fot Awk Gen.
