Weapon:

Fracture dot multi base
Fossil combo for +1 all and spell damage + one open prefix and atleast 1 open suffix, if its 2 open suffix you need to craft a prefix and slam. 
Cannot roll attack(the item should be 2 prefix and 3 suffix after crafting this) and aug phys for +1
finish suffixes with prefix lock veiled exalt for cast speed/phys dot multi.
Craft whichever veiled mod you didn't hit.

Shield:

Recombinate the prefixes by alt rolling bases and combining 1 mod with 1 mod items then slamming them together till you get 2mod + 2mod. slam these together until 3 prefix tier1.
Shaper exalt for ES on block, if you miss prefix lock reforge defense.
block and slam or multimod prefix lock veiled exalt if ur a big gambler
craft

Boots:

Buy fracture life base, do suffixes first. 
Strength essence until 2 resists you are happy with, or 1x tier 1 res. if you want to craft a suffix in the end you need to multimod to block.
suffixes cannot be changed --> veiled chaos. unveil ms.

Amulet extreme pain so lock in:

roll +1all (lots of alts lots lots lots). imprint
regal a suffix, if you dont go back to imprint and do again.
clean suffixes
multimod prefix lock cannot roll attack
aug phys for +1
multimod prefix lock random suffix craft
aug life for life hope you get a high tier
block?(doesn't matter?) hunter ex for pdot multi
prefix lock reforge phys for pdot multi(1k weight out of 4.75k)
if it 6mods just keep it, if not block slam and craft, maybe worth veiled exalting but risky

Belt:

Chaos res essence/reforge life/reforge defense, maybe start on fracture base. 
High end would be hunter belt or mageblood.

Chest piece:

Fracture +1 strength gems on desired base. 
Defense reforge prefixes or dense fossil.
Prefix lock --> ref phys for pdr.
eldritch currency + craft.

Frenzy ring:

Recomb frenzy base with resist.
lock suffix reforge caster for catspeed.
lock suffix reforge life till happy.
craft

Dot multi ring:

Recomb dot multi with int
Lock suffix reforge caster for catspeed.
lock suffix reforge life till happy.
craft
