Helm:

Fractured int, spam dense fossils til good prefixes, use eldritch currency to get a single res 

Shield: get high quality base and use omen of fortune

Body Armour: Fracture suppression , spam dense fossils, Use eldritch currency for one res 

Gloves: Fractured % energy shield or flat energy shield ,  Use Int essence til res , with open suffix use suffix cannot change reforge speed. Use eldritch currency for other energy shield prefix , craft damage while leeching (vorici veiled) dont ask me

Boots: Dense fossil Til dual t1 prefix with open prefix, or you can use Woe essence but its 45 not 49(alot cheaper)  Use prefix cannot change and use veiled orb and pray for prefix ( or you can reforge speed 1/3 to get 30% this is cheaper) 
Use eldritch currency for res, craft.
