Timeless Jewel on the Agnostic Keystone provides "The Traitor" - flasks gain 4 charges every 5 seconds for each empty flask slot. The only flask is Soul Ripper and we have 100% increased flask charges gained. So, this means that we get 4*4*2=32
charges for Soul Ripper every 5 seconds. Consuming that instantly refills Vaal Earthquake's soul count, so with flask usage we can have permanent Vaal EQ up.
The rest of the build is some Crimson Dance Bleed, and becase Vaal EQ doesn't really care about attack speed, we can go the big Uul-Netol axe and try to get some Bone Novas lookin cool.
Build goes Ascendant to go fast with raider (but primarily to reach Ranger start for flask effect nodes).
Other ascendancy is Gladiator Asc for the 25% more damage with bleeding primarily.
