Guide for Campaign Act 1: Grab Ethereal Knives when you first enter town. Look for GGB or GGG linked items from vendor. Look for MS boots from vendor. As you progress through Act 1 Pick up Void Manipulation, Efficacy, Vitality, Clarity, Withering Step, Flame Dash (Keep at level one and swap with Dash or Frost Blink when you get it), and Blade Vortex. If you get two items GGB, put EK into one and BV into the other with Efficacy and Chance to Poison linked.\ If you have one GGB and one GGG, put Efficacy and Chancy to Poison in EK and Void Manipulation and Chance to Poison into BV. You'll be using EK for clear and BV for bosses until you go full BV. Apply Withering Step to boost damage on Rares and Unique Monsters. If you don't have the sockets for all the gems, use weapons or shields in off-hand to level them until you can socket them on your gear. As for the Tree, you want to take in order Coordination, Soul Siphon, Blood Siphon, Entropy, and Fangs of the Viper. Act 2: Grab Herald of Agony and Herald of Purity when you can. Socket HoA asap as it boosts damage a lot. HoP can level in off-hand until you can fit it. As for the Tree, next you path to Charisma to fit more reservation gems amd next is Wasting with the Phys to Chaos Mastery. Act 3: Gems you want to grab here are Plague Bearer, Despair, Malevolance, and then from the Library get Second Wind (Link to Flame Dash), Petrified Blood, and Arrogance. You could also grab Automation to link to Withering Step. Link Arrogance to Clarity and Vitality and Activate Petrified Blood. You'll need RRB linked gear for this. Also, at this point you want to look for GGBB linked gear to put your BV into. Tree Nodes for this Act are Reflexes and Exceptional Performance (More Duration Mastery) At this point you should be ready for first lab. Go Assassin and grab Noxious Strike. After Lab you can swap Chance to Poison for Void Manipulation. So you should have BV, Efficacy, Unleash and Void Maniulation. This will carry you through to maps easily. Act 4: Here you want to grab either Stone Golem for more defence or Chaos Golem for more Offence and some Phys Mitigation. The other gem in this act you need to grab is Unleash (link to BV and drop the EK). At this ppoint, you can just use BV and run through packs. If you hit a harder monster, use Plague Bearer, Withering Step, and Despair to melt them. On the Tree you want Resourcefulness, Sentinel, and Blood Drinker. Act 5: You should be pretty much just cruising through the campaign with ease. As for the Tree, grab Mind Drinker and drop Soul Siphon (Mana Reservation Mastery) and Influence (Aura Effect Mastery). Act 6: On the Tree grab Atrophy and Serpentine Spellslinger. Act 7: Grab Innervate next on the Tree. Act 8 through 10: In Act 8 you can do the second ascendancy. Here you want to grab Mistwalker for more speed and defense. Written in Blood, Instinct, Growth and Decay, and Ethereal Feast are next. If you are capped on resistances, you can grab the third ascendancy which will be Unstable Infusion. As you start mapping, you'll wanna start grabbing crit nodes on the Tree to cap crit chance. When you're ready, the last ascendancy will be Toxic Delivery to gain even more crit damage.
