A League Starter is a build focused on very basic gear capable of up to Tier 16 Maps and Storyline Mini-Bosses with a minimal amount
of experience required to play.


Gear Requirements:
General:
Gear must be realistic and SSF viable
No Catalyst
No Influenced Gear
No Jewels, Clusters

Rares:
Jewellery - Life, Resistance, Stats
Armour - Life, Resistance, Stats
Wands - +1 Skill, Crafted 54% Spell Damage
Physical Weapons - T3 Flat Physical, Crafted 99% Physical Damage
Bows - +2 Bow Skills, Crafted 20% Chaos Multi

One Prefix mod and a crafted mod is fine so long as you don't overdo the suffixs
Tier 4 Resistance rolls and one crafted Prefix
Life and Stat rolls should not exceed the crafted versions

Uniques:
Must be reliable uniques that are in abundance at league start or farmable with a reliable farming method
Bought gear must not exceed 4ex total in value

Gems:
A level 21 Main gem is fine as you should be able to self farm this but no 20/20 or 21/20 gems or Awakened Gems
