Trying to think about dropping 2 heralds and going for HOI linked skills [Base crit, inc crit, inc aoe, hypothermia], this means also dropping inpulsas.

Might just be annighlating light angle idk. 

minmaxing getting tough here:
	fractured temple mod with with crit mod, accuracy and +2 aoe. Way easier to not have to convert and not have accuracy.
