> ASCENDANCY ORDER <
Normal Lab: Just 2 passive points
Cruel Lab: Foxshade(we respec this later, but for leveling Foxshade is nice)
Merc Lab: Void Battery(spell damage scales Power Siphon!). Don't forget to swap Foxshade to Cloak of Flames! You can do this slightly later if feeling confident or if you're on softcore.
Uber Lab: Fury Valve

> LEVELING <
Your damage early on, especially in act 1, won't be great, so it's extra important to get 2 iron rings and a rustic sash.
Once you go Poisonous Concoction your damage should be ok(won't be great though, we're still a Scion), if it ever falls off you can always overlevel a bit.
Make sure you have no weapon equipped when going PConc and that autoequip is disabled.
You'll have to run Library in Act 3 for gems.
Lapis Amulet and a 4L are important for the Power Siphon swap, craft flat damage(preferred lightning) wherever you can on gear.

> CAN I USE CLOAK OF FLAME? <
Yes, using Cloak of Flame is fine, you do lose some suppress(from the evasion mastery) and evasion though.

> TIPS & TRICKS <
- While you're not suppress capped take the Chance to Suppress Spell Damage is Lucky Suppress Mastery
- If you somehow have more than 300 intelligence you can grab the "Gain Accuracy Rating Equal to your Intelligence" mastery
- Locus Mines won't active near you, try to throw mines far away from your character
- Power Charges are very important for your damage
- % increased damage doesn't do that much, since you already get so much from your Void Battery Ascendancy + Power Charge stacking. This makes Abyssal Jewels generally better than regular jewels for this build
- Before you have Marylene's Falacy, picking up Heartseeker is very likely worth it
