Notes

Configuration: Have you Blocked Recently?
- Left this unchecked, as it inflates EHP a lot.
- Not unrealistic at all to have checked.
- Phys Max Hit in particular is a major painpoint.

Ramp-up time:
- Currently just over a second.
- Time = 8 / (Attack Rate * 2)
- - Because we need at least 8 hits get the full Crimson Dance going.
- - Assuming Lacerate overlap.
- Continuous hits will get DPS infinitely closer to shown Bleed DPS.

War of Attrition vs Weapon Master:
- My take is that if the rare/boss takes only a couple of seconds, I don't mind.
- Weapon Master comes out to an average of 15% More Damage.
- - This is with a bunch of assumptions:
- - No ES, no cull, no phase transitions, no bitches.
- War of Attrition simply stacks to (almost) infinity.
- - Because of phases and ES in particular, I much prefer this over Weapon Master.

Mana??
- Get an Enduring mana flask for now, solve with more budget later
