Early Leveling:

Vendor Recipe: 1 x blacksmith whetstone + 1 x magic/rare rustic sash + any attack weapon = Huge upgrade to any attack weapon early on. Keep buying and upgrading from vendor.

Unique Bows: All are TRASH.

Use increased physical damage vendor recipe till level 32. After that Crafting bench increase is better.

Or use Essence of Contempt/Essence of Hatred with increased physical damage from crafting bench.

Shrapnel Ballista - use until you get manaforged arrows with frenzy and LMP.

Drop Precision after you take Accuracy Mastery.

2 x Quicksilver Flask.

Sniper's Mark and Barrage for Bossing. (Can use barrage in Tabula with Ice shot). 
Barrage in combo with Hrimsorrow gloves is very powerful for single target in this build.

Drop Precise technique once you start stacking crits.

Mana Reservation:

If you are using Heatshiver instead of reservation efficiency helmet, you need to get flat mana early on from somewhere (like ring) to fit in all 3 auras. 
You can also get reduced mana cost of skills from flasks and boot enchants.
