Isn't too expensive. You can adapt the PoB given to cost way less. Managed to do it in a private league (Semi-SSF, very few uniques that dropped and a Cospri was worth 2 divines...)

On trade Prism Guardian is like 20c, Cospri is like 10c, the Helmet with 30% frenzy is 1c. A 6L Shav is like 1.5 div but with Tainted fusing you can just buy a 10c one and fuse it yourself.I personally didn't even have access to Shav so I used a Brutal Restraint with The Traitor + 1 flask cluster on tree to use Coruscating Elixir and have 4 perma flask (cheapest mageblood pretty much) and used a 6L Ghostwrithe as a chest (big ES boost, lots of chaos resist). You have to understand what you are doing and craft your flask to have permanent uptime but I feel like it's even better than using a Shav. Less expensive, perma flask and if you are rich you can use a very good ES body armour with crit chance or additional curse.

Here is my PoB with the perma flask + Ghostwrithe version if you want inspiration. Damage is enough for T16 but very low compared to the PoB in the guide but I am lacking cluster jewels and good rares (being ~SSF).
