For Rage Vortex of Berserking, some buffs are snapshotted and others are not. AoE effects from the Impact ascendancy on kill are snapshotted, so refreshing your RV when you have it is a good idea. I initially figured totem buffs are snapshotted
but doing some of my own testing with the golden rule, it seems they are not, so having Dawnstriders is more important than I thought for good uptime. Playstyle shouldnt change much, make sure you always have Intimidating Cry snapshotted, 
put down totem every now and then and after killing a few monsters make sure you have the Impact AoE snapshotted. Having Intimidating Cry on left click and Impact being on kill its pretty easy to sustain all the buffs you need!

Kill all bandits, check secondary skill set gem setup for leveling gems and leveling trees at the bottom left of the trees section, ascendancy order is seen there aswell.
Pantheons are found in the configuration but can be changed depending on situation.

Bladestorm is pretty good, you can keep using it well into red maps if you're not yet comfortable to switch to RV, I used it on league launch all the way to my first 2 voidstones.

The order of the gems matter in your Shackles of the Wretched gloves, put Vulnerability after Temp Chains in the gem links so that it is being applied, you can see over the monsters if its working correctly, vuln curse is red temp chains is purple.

You need %chance to shock on flask in order to get your Starforge to shock.

For bossing you can replace Inspired Learning with a rare jewel that has %chance to shock, life and damage.

The Writhing Jar is flask is good instead of Divine Life flask for bossing to keep up leech and on kill effects.

As of the release of the video, the transfigured RV gem is not in PoB but will probably be added soon.
