POB completely fails to calculate SpellSlinger Correctly by itself when using barrage support. The Best way to balance your attack speed and trigger rate is to eyeball it in game ( Look at your cast / watch your Volatile Dead's Cooldown ). If you do not cast volatile dead every time you cast frenzy then you are attacking too fast! Make sure to do this in a map when you have frenzy charges active!
