Notes

~Build/pob notes:

Early game
-How to craft items in their name.
-Follow emi's guide SLOWLY, don't rush to 3 clusters at lvl 90 like a bozo.
-Gloves are overkill but are fun to make.
-Stats are very tight, but there are many methods to make up for it as you can see throughout this build.
-You can trade 2 jewel suffixes for a anoint swap from vampirism if you have urn by getting recoup on them (Options found bellow).
-Bodyswap has the same dmg as DD, i just use it mainly for fun
-If you get cws imbue in the supporting setup, you can swap between:
Culling strike (if you don't have another source), Awakened cascade (Best for clear, life on hit and triggering penance) or cull the weak (BIS for simulacrum).

Late game
-I used to carry all 3 previously mentioned gems, but with the megalomaniac i just leave cull the weak in the stash for when i need, and carry my phasing flask, DD and hateful.
-Indominable resolve is the best ff in the game, but its expensive, and you need to generate endurance charges, you can do so with inexorable, but a megalomaniac is better (Options found below).
-Voices swap loses a lot of aoe, so i don't recommend if you are mainly doing simulacrums.
-You can theoretically swap to adorned too, but from testing in pob, besides more aoe, its worse at everything.
-Manifold is good if you are doing anything where you don't need single target at the ready (breach, harvest, etc), the slight below 75 chaos res dsnt really matter.
-Swapping to coil is mainly to increase phys and chaos max hit, at the cost of making you significantly weaker against phys dots, swapping to arakali pantheon and properly fixing regen is a good idea.

~Farms:
Inscribed were def the farm of the league, from my average was 55D/h not counting any big drops(hh, mb and mirror ulti).
Breach was fun but giga bait, barely did it.
Boss rushing was a breath of fresh air, always liked destructive play but no point in playin it besides day 1.
Harvest is great, don't be a cornucoper, just do it raw, very fun, fast and profitable.
Delirium was also pretty fun/h, clear speed might be slower than with fast builds but the clear is unmatched, low d/h tho.

~Possible anoints if 2 recoup jewels:
Disciple of the slaughter (Most dmg)
Discipline and training (Most life)
Dirty technique (Medium dmg but 100% uptime)
Arsonist (Low-medium dmg and small regen)
Hearty (Large regen)

~Megalomaniac:
-Doedre's Gluttony (Cull and hexproof fix)
-Enduring Composure (1 point x 3 points for endurance generation/ff jewels)

Third CWS setup (Curse/Pelting/Surge/etc) (Boots): Any + CWS >>>>>>>>>> Skill that hits(Pelting, surge, etc) + Culling strike > Pelting/Curse + Cascade;

Others: Malevolence + Eternal Blessing (Weapon 1); Shield charge + Faster attacks (Weapon 2 for quality with shield);

Unearth (Helmet): get 21/23 or lifetap with Awakened Empower;

Damage links for dd/bodyswap go in order sadism > cruelty > swift affliction > burning damage, if any of them are imbued you skip of course, and include cws and/or lifetap in case you need a way to activate it.
