Summary:
EHP/phys hit may look low to some, but these are the numbers that I farmed T17s and ubers with on hexblast trickster multiple leagues from last league and steamrolled content. 
After testing this build, it feels almost exactly the same as hexblast because of the freeze, because of "underrated" non-POB calc-ed defence through ghost shrouds.

Nerfs to build:
1. polymath nerf from 3% to 2% (config included, passive ascendency unallocated)
-- could overcome with runegrafting if it works, might take additional curse + mastery etc...
2. escape artist 1 es per 8 eva instead of 6 eva (3200 eva chest used to give 533 es, now it gives 400 es)
3. invert nerf 

Calcs are peak dps, here is what could be padded:
1. reap blood charges sustained could be ~3 on average on bosses
2. 9 blood charge 
3. mine detonation might not be fast enough with surprise sabotage, in ubers should be ok as you're moving alot
4. Invert mastery reduced to 15% (un-allocate mastery, enable config, remove #)
5. EHP/damage is padded by frost shield -- eventually you may/will have a crit hatred watchers, solve convert with just gloves
6. EHP/damage is padded by flasks -- turn it off for that "downtime" representation

Bossing rotation: 
1. Frost shield (if you have)
2. Bear trap
3. Zealotry (GB)
4. Arcanist brand
5. REAP REAP REAP REAP REAP
6. (when vaal reap available and DPS window appears) repeat 1-4 
7. VAAL REAP

Luxury:
1. mageblood
2. double hatred watchers
3. forbidden flame/flesh

6. ele weak balance of terror (~15%+ more damage)
7. +2, spell damage, crit multi, unveil focus dd/mine throw and craft the other

alternatives:
1. taming (~10%+ more damage)
2. crit lucky belt craft
3. +1 phys, spell damage, focus dd shield with life
4. anathema set up potentially
5. if no enlighten, use reservation efficient cluster with sublime vision
6. chain mercenary gloves 
7. taste of hate and atziri's promise are good dps/defence flasks 
8. you may run reap to map, but you may want AOE gem and speccing into blast waves/arcane expanse otherwise it feels really small
9. run reap all the way with increased AOE

other buffs not accounted
1. rune grafting
2. merc aura / support gear / unique merc affix gear for you
3. skitterbot re-detonate
4. ghost shroud defences
5. focus dd (there is a better wand in the drop down for day 5+ with focus dd and focus dd on shield -- you can just run normal dd if you don't want to press more buttons)
