Notes
TWO STONE PROGRESSION NOTES:
Lv. 1-12: Use Ground Slam with Shield Charge weapon swap
Lv. 12-Uber lab: use Sunder
Use dexterity amulets
Use weapon recipe if needed: 1 whetstone + 1 rare rustic sash + 1 white weapon = phys dmg weapon
Gamble 2h axes if you need an upgrade
Get 5 red, 1 green sockets in off hand and level following gems: Boneshatter, Ruthless, Brutality, Determination, Flesh and Stone, Arctic Armor (the first four are important, the last two not really. It's okay to buy these in A6.)
Lab order: attack speed -> 40% more damage -> rage effect -> leech
If you get +gem quality or +gem level rewards in lab, use them on boneshatter. Farm 20qual boneshatter before you swap.
At some point, gamble str body armors until you get 5L or 6L. (Gambling earlier on will be cheaper and potentially get you an earlier 5L, but if you wait, you can get better higher ilvl items.)
Once you have 5L or 6L, constantly gamble 2h axes until you get a really good PDPS one.
At uber lab, switch to boneshatter.
Early on, you should take the +100% total recovery from leech mastery. Once you have more damage, you can drop it for recoup.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER
You MUST get a source of mana leech. Either get it on the tree (Spirit of War notable), or on suffix of rings/amulet/weapon.
Until you get the cluster setup, you should NOT run Pride, and instead path over to Art of the Gladiator, Destroyer, and Unwavering Stance.
Two socket jewels can be GREAT if you have a good one, such as 7% life, and then a bunch of attack speed and/or damage, but it's not a priority.
If you have no cluster and are not running Pride (or have enough reservation efficiency), you can anoint Berserking (bis for damage), Battle Trance (saves points and is cheap damage), or Forceful Skewering (ok damage via impale).
You can also then run a Oakbranch Tincture with Attack Speed suffix for a small temporary damage boost.
