Level 95-98 Rings and amulet

You need a combination of 2 resistances int chaos res and accuracy amongst these piece + multi on neck.  You want to search for 3 of these stats together so you can buy the suffixes or you can for example get a fractured multi neck and spam int esseence til resistance. Ultimately when you have 3 suffixes
you just want to use wild bristle matron and reforge life via harvest til desired life amount.

Chest : either get the base type or get a t2 life fracture on the older ones. and Spam dense fossils til you get high enough evasion and use eldritch currency to craft your suffixes.  Remember the base evasion is very important because you have so much increased from frenzy


End game 

Claw:   Get a cold fractured weapon.  Spam zeal essence til crit chance with a open suffix.  Then use suffix cannot change and reforge crit with harvest.  You can also do this with multi and reforge crit but if you do that you cant really keep low crit like you can do with low multi its your choice.
Use wild bristle matron and Veiled orb, block phys damage and unveil elemental pen.  Craft hits cant be evaded

Shield : Spam int essence til Avoid ailment, with open suffix, Use suffix cannot change and reforge phy( you might get a prefix here and then you might have to start over so i suggest you settle at whatever pdr)  USe wild bristle matron , reforge life til high life.  Slam for hybrid craft cold as extra chaos.

Body: Fractured suppression on new base body armour i86.  Use greed essence til t1 increased armour and evasion with open prefix. Use prefixes cannot change reforge defense to try to hit high flat armour and evasion
You prefixes cannot change and reforge phys, you can remove it if you get a bad roll with eldritch currency.   Craft a mod

Amulet : Get fractured Multi amulet and spam Suffering essence til t1 life with open prefix , Make sure the neck has 2 suffixes and craft prefixes cannot change, Use harvest augment cold. If you have another suffix you should do prefixes cannot change
scour the last suffix before you do the next step. Use prefixes cannot change Veiled orb, block str dex unveil.

Ring: Spam horror essence til t1 life. If you have a open prefix you can fill it with exalt or prefix cannot change reforge attack.  Use prefixes cannot change and reforge chaos for res.  
Use multi mod prefixes cannot change and veil orb , block str dex and unveil.

Double Strike + Chance to Bleed - Your brutus will kinda suck if you only use Frost Blades, keep this gem and use it on the vaal corruption temple in Act 2 Vaal Ruins
Frostblink (use Dash before you get int, typically you have to buy a Lapis Amulet)

Precision (Keep this at a low level)

Act 4 - your setup should look like this
Frostblades + Multistrike + Added Fire - Elemental Damage with Attacks (Swap out Ancestral Call for Multistrike once you get Tribal Fury on the passive tree + the Attack Mastery for +1 strike)
Leap Slam + Faster Attacks + Momentum
Frostblink
Precision (Keep this at a low level)
Hatred
Add Frostbomb in Act 6

We take 2H and Axe nodes because these provide the best weapons & passives while leveling - respec them later

HOW TO RESPEC TO CRIT -
Don't swap to crit until you have 
1. White Wind
2. Backstabbing & Heartseeker notables on tree

After that, refund Precise Technique on the tree and equip a Diamond Flask
