Managing mana can be quite challenging if you decide to kill all early, helping alira makes early management MUCH easier at the cost of 20 regrets later in the game around level 90 or so.

Keep this in mind if you decide to level with determ + haste, if you are struggling just drop the haste for a smaller aura such as a herald or tempest shield

Spectres: 

NEED 2x midnight bargain, lvl 20 raise spectre in a voideye

Auric Champion: A3 Solaris, kill the statue without shattering/destroying corpse, raise the statue
Auric Colossus: Same as champion
Sandworn Slaves: Vasitri Desert, The Oasis
Rattling Condemned: The Lower Prison, Shavronne's Tower
Kitava Herald:  The Cathedral Rooftop, I'm pretty sure the feeding trough/canal has it too

You can skip the stun avoid on boots and influenced gear if you don't plan to minmax as it makes it quite a bit cheaper to build the character.

Grace suppression is a nice mod to have on your watchers eye, makes gearing easier at the cost of being able to use a purity of (fire, lightning, cold) on ubers.

--Why does my damage feel low?--

Firstly, make sure you have atleast one spectre(kitava herald) upon entering maps, later down the line you want to get all 5 via uniques.

Desecrate level could possibly be too low, early t16s can be a bit slow as you are using a lvl 18-19 desecrate and not spawning corpses at the proper level of 83.

Also it is important to understand that Detonate Deads damage scales with the monster level you are fighting, which usually means that in low tier maps you will have a very similar damage feel to what you will be doing in high tier maps.

--I dont have enough attributes to level my gems--

Early on you may have to invest in some of the 30 attribute nodes on the tree in order to satisfy your attribute requirements -- just an unfortunate part of playing a witch.

--I don't have enough energy shield to cast my divine blessing or my abilities--

This build uses a LOT of mana as you cast very frequently. Use level 1 divine blessing for a long time and you need to use an armour/es chest base preferably and try to have 700+ energy shield while you are playing the game normally. 

If you are really struggling you can use a couple masterys as a bandaid, such as "Skills cost 30% of Mana Cost as Life" life mastery or the "Increases and Reductions to Armour also apply to Energy shield..." Armour/Energy shield mastery.

Additionally, you really want the belt craft "regenerate x energy shield while near a rare or unique enemy" which is an unveiled craft.

Don't be afraid to just craft flat energy shield on chest/ring or various pieces in order to get enough. 

On bosses lategame, 1000+ ES is preferred and an UNVEILED energy shield mod on belt. 

--This build uses too many buttons, how can I automate some?--

Picking up a trigger weapon with cast speed and fire damage eventually allows for you to automate your curses and your offering so you no longer need to selfcast it. 

Note that I personally prefer to selfcast my curse(s) until i have 4 second trigger(the unveiled version) so that i always have curses up for tanky rares or essences.

--Why am I degenning from blood rage--

You really want the fire mastery that says "Regenerate 1 life per 1% uncapped fire resistance" in order to counter the blood rage degen

--Why dont we use the mastery that makes our hits deal 100% increased damage?--

We only get one fire mastery in the lategame and I don't want majority of players to be degenning from their blood rage so I don't put it in the pob. 

We use elemental focus so we cannot inflict ignite -- HOWEVER it is a slight damage gain to use combustion over elemental focus and use that mastery over the regen one at the expense of a slight ramp time.
