When should I respec?
When you have the following:
	- Kinetic Blast of Clustering with 20% Quality, with good level for you. (Not level 1 gem)
	- 5-Link or more to put KBoC in
	- Doedre's Tenure (More int the better)

Power Siphon of the Arch mage setup is great in Doedre's for late game single target. It fits in Doedre's really easily with the socket requirements.
