From here on out (as soon as you get the Summon Reaper Gem) you can follow the Gems you see in the PoB.

--------------------------------------------------------------Minion Bow Crafting---------------------------------------------------------------

Look for a base that fullfills the following Requirements:
- min. iLvL 64
- requires as low Dexterity as possible
- not corrupted
- if fracturred then with "+1 to Level of socketed Gems"
- if synthesised then with either "+1 to Level of socketed Support Gems" or "Minions deal 44% increased Damage"

The Rest doesn't matter (neither Attack Speed nor the Physical Damage)

Once you have the Base you want to craft it with "Deafening Essence of Fear". You want to hit one of the following two Options:

Option 1: - Minions deal #% increased Damage
                - 2 open Prefixes
                - Suffixes need either to be empty or have at least one open.
Option 2: - Minions deal #% increased Damage
                - +1 to Level of Socketed Gems (NOT Bow Gems)
                - 1 open Prefix
                - Suffixes don't matter, but you want at least one open Suffix

With Option 1 (which is a lot more Expensive) your next Step would be to craft "Prefixes cannot be changed", then use a "Orb of Scouring" on the Item.
This leaves you with a Bow that only has "Minions deal increased Damage". Then craft "Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers" + "Prefixes cannot be changed" + "Cannot roll Attack Modifiers".
This combination gurantees you to hit "+1 to Level of socketed Gems" when you use an Exalted Orb on the Bow.

Next Step would be to use a Orb of Scouring again.

With Option 2 we need to craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" and use an Orb of Scouring.

From here on both Options follow the same Steps:

Craft "Can have up to 3 crafted Modifiers" + "+2 to Level of Socketed Support Gems" + "Minions have (25-28)% increased Attack Speed ; Minions have (25-28)% increased Cast Speed"
The Bow would be done now and you have an open Suffix left, if you'd want you could throw an Exalted Orb on and hope it hits something that helps.

After this we need to colour, socket and link the Bow. You can do that with the uncorrupted Version, but corrupting the Bow makes it way easier and cheaper. 
I'd recommend to make teh Bow 6 Sockets before corrupting. A safe way to corrupt your Bow so it doesn't Brick would be by using the Bestiary craft "Corrupt an Item -> To have 30% Quality".
Then use "Tainted Chormatic Orbs" to get 3 Red, 2 Blue and 1 Green Socket on your Bow (should take maybe 4-10 Tainted Chromatics). Once that is done all that is left is linking the Bow.
For that craft 4 Links (be very careful not to craft 4 Sockets instead) on the Bow and then use "Tainted Fusings" if you get 5 links by using one go for 6 links if you hit that you are done.
If you ever fall below 4 Links just recraft them on the Bench to 4 links.
