Notes

On Divine/Guardian's Blessing:

Most versions of this PoB get 100% (or close to) reduced mana cost, usually including a mana flask with reduced cost suffix to make divine blessing free.

Often this requires little investment (such as when using The Vertex, or early on when taking mana passives is already good for reserving auras),
but later the investment can be as significant as 4 passive points, a flask, a gem socket, and ring crafts.

The mana flask + divine blessing setup is (for most) the most convienient way of using a blessing arua, but there are alternatives if you want to use them.

In descending order of convenience and investment:
1. Divine Blessing + total of 100% reduced mana cost (usually requires activating a mana flask, or using The Vertex)
2. Divine Blessing + no mana cost combo (requires using Soul Catcher flask, then any skill, then Lavianga's Spirit flask)
3. Guardian's Blessing + Summon Holy Relic (Requires using Summon Holy Relic and resummoning + reactivating every ~10 seconds and when it dies) (use high gem level SHR)
