This build is essentially the build from ThatsRealNeato
Changes that I made to the build were done in order to fit in impossible escape (Runebinder) and light of meaning (Chaos Res) as well as some small changes to accomdate the use of a 3p voices.
The level 100 build will be basically unkillable in maps but can be one shot by uber bosses pretty easily (basically 1/4 for a phys hit over 11k) if you havent blocked/been hit yet as the defensive layers of Immortal Call and endurance charges are only active 100% of the time with many attacks
hitting you. Boss invulnerability phases that last longer than 4 seconds revert your chance to block below 99% to 78%/78% attack and spell block.
To mitigate the chance of death on the first hit you should pop progenesis before a boss hits you if it is not already up.
