Notes
Don't drop Heartstopper unless you are very well geared. One Step Ahead is mostly for Uber Sirus (it negates the X-beam slow) and Uber Maven (ignore the slow ground).
You can keep Heartstopper on the Forbidden Flesh/Flame jewels too (it's much cheaper than any other Ascendancy for this build).
Once you have Ambush and Assassinate on the jewels, you can optionally replace Frostbite with Assassin's Mark for 12% more damage. Cast it manually on the bosses (Hextouch will not trigger it).

- lv 98: Glacial Cage and Cold Mastery
