Levelling
Standard Rolling Magma -> Arma Crema Levelling until AT LEAST Cruel Lab
After Cruel lab, can swap to Chain DD, but do not swap to archmage.
Mana setup can start after allocating Essence Glutton from Merc Lab. You will have trouble playing archmage prior to essence glutton.
