Aegis CI CoC Ice Nova **** ingame Apoc_Affliction feel free to ask any questions <3 **** A few quick notes on feels: - first of all, if CoC feels "off" somehow, check your: aps (should be <10.10), cdr (>52%), cyclone hit and crit (100 ), and mana - esc>ui>gameplay>hide life/mana reservation - really helps you notice if your mana cost is unstable! - get burning ground immune and overcap fire resistance for searing exarch altars (and chaos immune, obviously) - crit mitigation or immunity is vital to run blue wisps in t16 maps - blast-freeze + herald of ice is a super underrated defensive layer for mapping - curse mitigation makes temp chains maps less sluggish, ele weakness maps safer, and enfeeble maps less plingy :p - overcapping accuracy helps for those pesky -aura effect or -accuracy map mods - dont run -cdr maps. just dont :( - any effects that only apply against uniques, dont help you beat super tanky rares. in other words, don't bother - instant leech is (even) better than it looks **** 7link helmet crafting "guide": you can import the pastebins into craft of exile simulator -> restore saved item very important: for the prefixes, you can use beastcraft wild bristle matron instead of suffixes cannot be changed! this costs 1.5div and adds a random metamod, but because the suffixes are full it always adds suffixes cannot be changed. in turn saving you 0.5div per attempt :D the cost calculations arent taking this into account yet. the aisling unveil is pretty (fucking) costly, so its a decent option to go for the stage 1 helmet at first. it's still a big upgrade :) the stage 1 helmet should be about 50-60 div at most. base: - buy a i83 blizzard crown. preferably 99 or 100% defenses percentile. we dont need 84 or higher and it actually adds some unwanted mods to the pool - 30 qual if you want. - slam the cheapest conqueror orb - harvest reforge until shaper or elder (one in five) - buy a cheap base of the other type and awakener orb it onto your blizzard crown - 1-2div max. suffixes: - https://pastebin.com/kJrWGACj - essence of horror for hypo or t2+ attack crit, lock suffixes, then harvest reforge cold or crit for the other mod - roughly 20~ div - not really worth using by itself without at least stage 1 prefixes prefixes stage 1 option a: - https://pastebin.com/9mnxtmSm - exalt slam conc effect, scour prefixes and try again if you fail. never slam three times! - roughly ~30div on average for a conc effect - very useable as-is and a significant damage upgrade over a 6link chest. just bench craft +1 aoe and done (for now) option b: - https://pastebin.com/vsa0gmZL - lock suffixes -> harvest reforge influence. if you get three prefixes, the item is soft-bricked; have fun with the 50/50 annul~ - roughly ~14 div but you risk losing your suffix base which, if it happens, would add a lot to the cost prefixes stage 1.5: - https://pastebin.com/wzVQ1N9M - try to annul off the other prefix - roughly ~50 div for conc effect as the only mod - only needed if you hit conc eff on the second slam instead of the first - if you have a very good 2nd prefix, like inc aoe, you *can* just skip stage 1.5, lock suffixes and aisling slam. this means, however, that you cant craft +zombies to help the unveil, and if the unveil fails your item is soft-bricked so yep that's another 50/50 :p prefixes stage 2: - https://pastebin.com/TMBt2tSh - lock suffixes and aisling veil - dont forget to craft +zombie to block its veiled mod before unveiling - roughly 225~div altogether including redoing stage 1.5 on fail. - probably worth using a hinekoras lock here if they work on ashling (i didnt and lucked on my first slam lmao) Personal notes below. Maybe useful, maybe not. ----------------------- to fit better rings: - harvest enchant cospris to lower dex req? todo: -~~massively overcap fire res to ignore that exarch altar~~ -crit immune through poison (4pts) or get another 30% mitigation (crit mastery, aegis or chest implicit, or armour mastery) -overcap accuracy for 30% less map mod. or get blind from a charm? inconsistent but itll still help and the blind status is worth around 550 accuracy -reflect immune charm swap (35% multi / ele ref immune) mageblood considerations - need to fix aps/cdr. most people dont run elev onslaught but those people are cowards - flask suffixes? armour, movespeed, mana, stun, curse - which one to drop? - utilise the str/dex somewhere. another ring recraft? - "remove bleed on flask use" doesnt really work anymore 7link helmet is a huge damage increase (~30% for inc aoe, ~70% for conc eff), but we lose defenses and the +levels to auras is minor. saqawals nest is total bait to handle the double elev boots attack speed increase option 1: remove onslaught flask, AS jewel, and one quick getaway node. option 2: get a 20% cdr belt + 1 abyss jewel + level 5 woke coc (3.5d) option 3: get cdr from charms (and still get woke coc) the stun problem option 1: just eat the stuns :/ option 2: ascendency (=two jewels=profane bloom = heart of destruction ~= 4 points) option 3: flask+jewels (an abyss implicit costs about 25% of the jewels dmg - but stun avoid is only on abyss jewels now) option 4: two charm suffixes for fortify and cant be stunned while fortified (fortify uptime is ~okay) option 5: cant be stunned above 25 rage okay so charm affixes. we have 10 slots in total. there isnt really anything that improves movement speed or comfyness. what is there instead? damge. and defenses. charms: a dex charm can have, for example, shadow (int/dex) and slayer (str/dex) str: prefixes: endurance on hit banner skills no reserv culling strike inc aoe if killed recently movement cannot be slowed suffixes: armour applies to fire cold light instant leech reduced ignite dura cant be stunned while fort chance to fort block attack cant be stunned while leeching overkill leeched as life int: prefixes: inc eff of non-dmg ailments conc applies +dmg taken damage penetrates mana reservation eff exposure extra -res aoe per power charge curse effect power charge on crit crit multi per power charge crit chance at max power crits cull chance to deal more area cooldown recovery non chaos as chaos es leech suffixes cons ground lingers cons on hit atk block spell block ele ref immune you and allies ele res blind on hit chance less area dmg taken dex mark eff proj onslaught eff magic flask eff suf gain flask charges remove bleeding on flask
