Tips For the Budget Version:

-- Get evasion/armour on as many bases as possible.  Get Life/Spell Suppression/Resists/Stats as needed

-- The most important part of the build is the medium cluster jewels.  The large clusters are give projectiles, but otherwise are there to enable the mediums (Follow-Through Notable).

-- Make sure to get to 100% hit chance. You might need accuracy in the end game

-- Rage on hit eldritch implicit on gloves is incredibly strong. Use it to gain rage, then Berserk on bosses.

--Wither totems are annoying, but theyre necessary for bosses until forbidden flesh/flame.

ACT ONE:
Grab Caustic Arrow from reward for Enemy at the Gate, and buy Cobra Lash and Blade Trap from Nessa.

Grab Chance to Poison from reward for mercy Mission, and buy Volley from Nessa. You'll need a second Chance to Poison for Blade Trap. (after Cobra Swap)

Grab Added Cold for your Blade Trap from Nessa. (after Cobra Swap)

Grab Dash and Shrapnel Ballista from reward for Breaking Some Eggs.

Grab Precision as a reward from The Caged Brute. Here you can buy Whirling Blades if you'd like. Buy Increased Critical Strikes.

ACT TWO:
Grab Herald of Thunder from Intruders in Black and buy Herald of Ice, Trinity and Blood Rage from Yeena.

Grab Faster Attacks as a quest reward for Sharp and Cruel and buy Nightblade Support from Yeena. (Optional: grab Power Charge on Crit to connect to Tornado later)

After completing Root of the Problem, grab Culling Strike from Yeena.

Grab Sniper's Mark as a quest reward from Lost in Love.

Grab Elemental Damage with Attacks from Yeena if you manage a 4L for Blade Trap.

ACT FOUR:
Grab Tornado as a quest reward for completing Breaking the Seal

Grab Mark on Hit from Petarus and Vanja after completing The Eternal Nightmare quest.

IMPORTANT LEVELING TIPS:
-- Need mule or a friend to buy you ancestral protector. If you dont have that option, use decoy totem (Nessa).

-- 2 iron rings/rustic sash is optimal to start

-- Swap Volley for Faster Attacks on hard bosses

-- Make sure to grab bow upgrades in case you dont find a rare claw before Merveil

-- You need to upgrade your claws as often as you can (every 8 levels is recommended).  Flat damage of any type is best, then attack speed and crit chance.  

-- If you don't feel tanky enough you can drop the heralds for purity of elements (for resists and ailment immunity) or grace (evasion).

-- Only use life gain on hit claws.  Percent leech claws are bad.

-- Don't be afraid to take the +30 INT or +30 STR on the tree if you need to.

LEVELING FILTER TIPS:

-- Under "Leveling (Below Level 65)" and then "Normal and Magic Item Progression" you want to add a custom filter for life gain on hit claws of any rarity.

-- Add Custom colors early to Iron Ring/Rustic Sash/Claws
